My research interests lie in the physiology and evolution of algae. In June 2016 I started in the Ph.D. program at the University of Connecticut, working with Louise Lewis, who leads projects on classification, genetics and symbology of green algae. I received my Master’s degree in the Department of Mycology and Phycology (Biological Faculty), Moscow State University, Russia in 2015.
